Law of Adultery (An-Nur; surah 24; verses 1-3)
سُورَةٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهَا وَفَرَضْنَاهَا وَأَنْزَلْنَا فِيهَا آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ (١)الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ وَلا تَأْخُذْكُمْ بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَلْيَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَائِفَةٌ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (٢)الزَّانِي لا يَنْكِحُ إلا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً وَالزَّانِيَةُ لا يَنْكِحُهَا إِلا زَانٍ أَوْ مُشْرِكٌ وَحُرِّمَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (٣
1. (This is) a letter that We sent down and We obliged (carried out the laws that are in it), and We sent down in it clear verses, so that you always remember it.
2.Women who commit adultery and men who commit adultery, then each one of them is a hundred dali dera, and do not have mercy on both of them prevent you from (practicing) the religion of Allah, if you believe in Allah, and the hereafter, and let (the execution) of their punishment be witnessed by a crowd of believers.
3. Men who commit adultery do not marry, but women who commit adultery, or women who are polytheists; and women who commit adultery are not married but by men who commit adultery or idolatrous men, and that is forbidden for those who believe. "The meaning of this verse is: it is not proper for a believer to marry a person who commits adultery, and vice versa."

The Law Accuses a Good Woman of Adultery (An-Nur; chapter 24; verses 4-5)
وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً وَلا تَقْبَلُوا لَهُمْ شَهَادَةً أَبَدًا وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ (٤)إِلا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا مِنْ بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ (٥
1. And those who accuse the good women (committing adultery) and they do not bring four witnesses, Then they (accusing it) were beaten eighty times, and you shall not accept the testimony they have made forever. . and they are the wicked.
2. Unless those who repent after that and improve (themselves), then Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful. "What is meant by good women here are women who are pure, puberty and Muslim women."

Li'an Law (An-Nur; surah 24; verses 6-10)
وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُمْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمْ شُهَدَاءُ إِلا أَنْفُسُهُمْ فَشَهَادَةُ أَحَدِهِمْ أَرْبَعُ شَهَادَاتٍ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ (٦)وَالْخَامِسَةُ أَنَّ لَعْنَةَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ إِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ (٧)وَيَدْرَأُ عَنْهَا الْعَذَابَ أَنْ تَشْهَدَ أَرْبَعَ شَهَادَاتٍ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ (٨)وَالْخَامِسَةَ أَنَّ غَضَبَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا إِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ (٩)وَلَوْلا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ تَوَّابٌ حَكِيمٌ (١٠
1. And those who accuse their wives (adultery), even though they have no witnesses other than themselves, then the testimony of that person is four times swearing in the name of Allah, that in fact He is one of the righteous.
2. And (oath) the fifth: that Allah's curse will pour out, if He is one of those who lie.
3. And his wife is spared from punishment if he swears four times in the name of Allah that he is her husband really, including people who lie.
4. And (oath) the fifth: that the wrath of God will befall his wife, if she is her husband, including those who speak the truth.
5. And if there is no gift of Allah and His mercy on you and (if) Allah is not the Recipient of repentance anymore, the Most Wise, (surely you will experience difficulties).
"The meaning of verses 6 and 7: the person who accuses his wife of committing adultery by not bringing up four witnesses, must swear by the name of Allah four times, that He is true in his accusation. then He swore one more time that He would be damned by God if He lied. This problem in fiqh is known as Li'an."

Guidelines for Intercourse Between Men and Women Who Are Not "Mahram" (An-Nur; chapter 24; verses 30-31)
Say to the believing men: "Let them hold their gaze, and keep their genitals; this is purer for them. Verily Allah knows what they are doing".
And say to the women who believe: "Let them hold their gaze, and their genitals, and they shall not Appear their jewels, except for the (ordinary) things that appear on them. them, or their husband's father, or their sons, or their husband's sons, or their brothers, or their brothers 'sons, or their sisters' sons, or Muslim women , or the slaves they have, or male servants who have no desire (for women) or children who do not understand women's genitals, and do not stomp their feet so that they will find out the jewels they are hiding, and you will repent. all to Allah, O you who believe that you will be lucky.
